Shipping Policy

At THE NATURALS (The Natural's by Dr Z.K), we are committed to delivering your natural and organic products safely and promptly across Pakistan.

We partner with trusted local courier services including TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax, BlueEx, and Pakistan Post to ensure reliable delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays & public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (Eid, promotional sales), processing time may extend up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Within Pakistan)

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): Faster delivery.
  • Remote & Rural Areas: Delivery may take longer. We will inform you in case of expected delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 150 – Rs. 350 (depending on weight & location)
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. 5,000 (Standard Shipping only)
  • Express Shipping: Rs. 400 – Rs. 800+
  • COD Service Fee: Rs. 100 – Rs. 150 (charged by courier)
  • Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges.

Exact shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.

4. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order through the courier’s website or by contacting our support.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays after the package is handed over to the courier.

6. Shipping Address & Restrictions

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid contact number.
  • We do not ship hazardous, flammable, illegal, or restricted items as per Pakistan law.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in return of the package. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If the courier is unable to deliver (no one available to receive, wrong address, etc.), they will attempt redelivery.
  • After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a possible restocking fee.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos via email or WhatsApp.
  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
